Effective date: March 1, 2026. These terms govern use of VocalCalm.
Service Scope
VocalCalm provides educational, self-guided voice exercise content. It is not a medical diagnosis or treatment service.
Subscriptions and Renewal Cadence
Premium plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. Current prices are displayed on the pricing page before checkout. Renewal cadence, renewal amount, and next billing date are shown in account settings and on checkout.
Cancellation Method
You can cancel anytime from account settings. Access remains active until the end of your paid billing period. No additional renewal charges apply after cancellation. If self-serve cancellation is unavailable, contact support@vocalcalm.com for manual cancellation support.
Refund Rules
Refunds requested within 30 days of first Premium payment are eligible for full refund. After 30 days, refunds are reviewed case-by-case in line with consumer law requirements. Refund requests should include account email, plan, and purchase date.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your region.
