Data We Collect

We collect account information (email, encrypted authentication data), subscription status, and product usage logs required to deliver routines, progress tracking, and billing support.

International Transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on lawful transfer safeguards (for example, adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses with supplementary controls).

Retention and Deletion

We retain account and billing records only as long as required for service delivery, legal obligations, and dispute handling. You can request account deletion at any time.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your personal data. Contact support@vocalcalm.com.
