Jaw Release

How it works
Open your jaw to a two-finger width between your teeth. Place your fingertips on the masseter (the muscle that bulges when you clench). Gently massage in small circles while letting the jaw hang loose. A released jaw frees the throat below.
What you should feel
🫲Two-finger width gap between upper and lower teeth
😌Heaviness in the jaw — let gravity pull it open
💆Gentle massage circles on the jaw muscles
👅Tongue relaxed on the floor of the mouth
